   Depression is a common disorder that negative affects how you feel, the way you think and how you act. It can lead to a variety of emotional and physical problems.

There are some of Depression symptoms that you must know  :

  1. Stress 
  2. Trouble  sleeping 
  3. lost weight 
  4. loss interest
  5. felling worthless 
  6. difficult thinking
  7. loss energy 
  8. Thought want death or suicide
     Depression can affect anyone .  But remember being sad is not depression  so don't think it simple and  don't give up yourself and try to improve your feeling, don't think too much . if you think you  tried , please cry , try to make yourself happy and do something new .
     To be yourself is the best for yourself .  I have ever got this feeling so I want tell you  not alone , we are your friends and like your family .  so when feeling down , we here to tell you  just say " It's alright " can make you feel better . I know it  is hard but you know you got to take a change  I have depression and it's hard but keep fighting. don't make yourself tried and stress .
 
     finally , i hope you can the way out of this . lot of people have been through depression , i hope they can find someone that can understand what you going through . i know it hard but you must to try to through it . Say it's alright are the only the word of love for yourself .Behind the dark it's always has light.
