  If you have lost or forgotten your password, please follow the below steps: 

  1. Click on "Forgot Password" below the "Sign in" button.
  2. Fill up your email address​ or Phone number.
  3. Click "Submit"
  4. Last step: Check the OTP code sent to your phone number or Login to your email address for the "Validation code".
  5. Verify the CODE.
     
  6. Set your new password

• How to change a new password? control_point

  To keep your account safe, we encourage you to change the password of your account at least every six months or when you suspected that someone is using your account. Please follow the below steps to keep your password up to date:

  On top of the right-hand side click on "Your profile picture"

  1. Click on "Edit Profile".
  2. Click on "Change Password"
  3. Enter your "Old Password"
  4. Entry your "New Password" and Confirm "New Password".
  5. Click "Change Password" in order to save it.
