How to review inventory histories?

Riich Me was established to empower the M-SMEs, and now it's time that everyone can go eCommerce. To sell with Riich Platform or to Create your eCommerce store, please follow the below instruction:

1. Login to your profile.
2. Click ≡ on the left-hand side.
3. Click on Become Seller.
4. Choose your Business Package.
5. Select Payement mothod, ABA Pay.
6. Proceed with your Payment.

You can list unlimited products on Riich marketplaces; please follow the below steps:

1. Log into your account
2. Click on ≡ the left-hand side menu or click on the "shop icon" at the top right corner.
3. Click on Create a new product
4. Fill up your product information such as product code, product name, product type, category, producer, and price.
5. Click "Save"

You can easily send the coupon to your customers from Riich platform, and you can select the number of customers that you want to send the coupon, to sent coupon please follow the below steps:

1. Log into your account
2. Click on ≡ the left-hand side menu or click on the "shop icon" at the top right corner.
3. Click on Seller Dashboard
   
4. Click on "Marketing"
5. Click on "Create a new coupon."
6. Enter "Coupon code" (You can create any of your coupon codes. e.g., HNY20OFF
7. Fill up the Description
8. Select the products that you want to apply the "Coupon."
9. In the Discount type "Cart Discount" or "Card % Discount."
10. Enter "Coupon Amount,"e.g., 30 for 30% OFF.
11. Select Coupon Expiry date
12. Enter the Usage limit per coupon. e.g., 1-time use, or 2-time use, leave it or enter (0) for unlimited use.
13. Click on [V] Active and Click "Apply" and "Save"

To edit your store information:

1. Log into your account
2. Click on ≡ the left-hand side menu or click on the "shop icon" at the top right corner.
3. Click on Setting
4. Click on General
5. Click on Edit
6. Update your store information.
7. Click "Save"

The store name represented your business name, so you can always select a store name base on your business name, you can change it. Anyway, we strongly recommend you NOT to change your store name, because when the store name is changed, the EPOS-QR will be changed also.

If it is necessary to change the store name, you can follow the below steps:

1. Log into your account
2. Click on ≡ the left-hand side menu or click on the "shop icon" at the top right corner.
3. Click on Setting
4. Click on General
5. Click on Edit
6. Update your store information.
7. Click "Save"

If your products have multi colors and sizes, you can create attributes for your product:

1. Go to "Seller Dashboard"
2. Go to Catalog and click on "Attributes."
3. Click on "Create new attribute." e.g. iPhone8- colors
4. Create a new attribute name and click "Save."
5. Go to  "Manage Attribute"
6. Select your attribute and click on "Sub."
7. Click on "Action" and select "Add new"
8. Create a new sub-attribute. e.g., iPhone - Black color.
9. then click "Save." 

Follow the steps [6], [7], [8] to add sub-attributes for other colors. 

***If your product has different sizes, you can follow the steps [1] - to [8] to create attributes for your product sizes.

How to add "Attributes" for your products.

For new product listing, on the new product creation page:

1. Click on "Attributes"
2. Click "Add Attributes" and select "Add."
3. Select "Attributes" that you want to add to your product.
4. Click Select and then click "Save."

To create new attributes for your existing products.

1. Go to "My store" and click on "Manage products."
2. Click on the "Edit" button
3. Follow the same steps [9], [10], [11], [12] above.

Customer relationship management is vital for every successful business, with Riich, you can manage your customers, maintain your customers' service, and communicate directly with your customers.

Mass message - allow you to send your message to many customers at the same time.

Send coupon code - this allows you to send the "Coupon code" to your customers, or you can select any customers to offer the coupon code.

1. Go to "Seller Dashboard" and
2. choose "Customers."
3. Select customers: You can edit or add new customers.

You can manage orders and sales transactions easily with Riich's powerful platform.

1. Log into your account
2. Click on ≡ the left-hand side menu or click on the "shop icon" at the top right corner.
3. Go to "My Sales"
4. Click on "eCommerce Orders" Or "Internal Order Management" that you want to manage.

Make sure before you create a new Inventory, you need to enable "Inventory" first.

1. Login to your profile.
2. Click ≡ on the left-hand side
3. Click on Internal Inventory.
4. Click "All Inventory"

From there you can manage inventory adding or review Inventory History.

1. Log into your account
2. Click on ≡ the left-hand side menu or click on the "shop icon" at the top right corner.
3. Click on "Catalog" and Click Manage Products.
4. Select any product that you want to edit.
5. Click on [...]
6. Click "Edit"

1. Log in to your account.
2. Click on ≡ the menu on the left-hand side or click on the "Store icon" in the upper right corner.
3. Click on Outlet/Branches.
4. Click Add New Outlet/Branch.
   
5. Follow the instruction to create your new Branch.
   

1. Log in to your account.
2. Click on ≡ the menu on the left-hand side or click on the "Store icon" in the upper right corner.
3. Click on Setting.
4. Click on Users Management.
   
5. You can Add or Edit the user's permission here.
