How many days to get payment after request withdrawal?

MePay - is Riich internal e-wallet that allows the Riich's members to receive, sales commission, bonuses, or credits, and Riich's members can use the credit in their MePay wallet to buy products at any store in our community.

Don't worry, security is our main concern. To pay with MePay is secured and you will need to verify OTP for each time of the transaction to keep your account secure.

You can send credit to your friends and family around the world for free of charge, make sure you have verified your wallet before sending it.

1. Click on the "MePay" wallet or My wallet on the left-hand side menu.
2. On the left-hand side, "Send Credits."
3. Enter the name (You can send credit to many people at the same time).
4. Enter an "Amount"
5. Click "Send."

You can withdraw credit directly to your local bank account.

1. Click on the "MePAY" wallet or My eWallet on the left-hand side menu.
2. On the left-hand side, "Request Withdrawal."
3. Enter an "Amount"
4. If you do not add a bank account yet, you need to add it first before requesting Withdrawal.

To add/link your bank account to the wallet:

1. Click on "My Wallet"
2. On the wallet click on "(+) Add Bank."
3. Fill up your bank information such as; Bank full name, Bank address, Account Name, and Account Number, and attached your bank statement, or passbook.
4. Choosing an account type such as; Saving or Current.
5. Click "Save"

For an Individual account, the minimum amount to request withdrawal must be $50, and for Business Accounts must be $100.
